Move Over. Mickey Mouse isn’t the only star around Orlando! Chef Rick Bayless, world-renowned celebrity Chef added to his collection of restaurants and opened Frontera Cocina at the newly renovated Downtown Disney, now called Disney Springs – a lovely shopping area in Walt Disney World here in Orlando.

Move Over: Disney Springs Dining Offerings
Chef Bayless could not have been more gracious and friendly when we filmed the Grand Opening to kick off this new addition to Disney Springs dining offerings.
We were contracted by a local marketing company to cover the event, complete with the big brass from Disney, other Disney marketing department heads and producers – and Mickey himself to do the ribbon-cutting and take pictures with Chef and the crew.
Move Over for a production company, we filmed the speeches, new venue decor, the kitchen staff prepping for service, and the official ribbon cutting. We also interviewed Chef Bayless and it was obvious that he was thrilled to be opening this new venue and passionate about the dishes he will be serving, complete with the back story on how his grandmother taught him to cook. With this type of public relations event, we filmed and edited together a video package for the marketing company to use as needed when promoting Frontera Cocina.
I stopped back in just the other day and it is thriving – and boy did it smell delicious! It is gratifying to be able to cover an event and help amplify a business’s image with the Power of Video!
